In 2022, Delaware's (Anti-)Human Trafficking Interagency Coordinating Council (HTICC) partnered with The Avery Center to provide a Prevalence Report of commercial sex trafficking in Delaware - the report conservatively estimated at least 5,000 individuals in Delaware have been trafficked.
